COMMUNITY:
Chat is scheduled for four meetings during this class. Each chat runs for approximately 30 minutes beginning at 7:00 pm.

WHAT IS CHAT?
In this online Photoshop class, some learning happens between and among students and the instructor through chat based sessions. Chat is not mandatory, but, provides students the opportunity to ask questions, and to communicate various kinds of information such as useful websites, tips and more! We also typically chat about educational and professional goals. My Photoshop students are a talented and diverse group with whom I enjoy working with very much. See you in chat!
 

This is the section of the online class where students can communicate with the instructor and with other students. This is done through internet chat software. This software allows users to see what others type in real time. This is fun and very easy to do.

We will have our chat sessions at: www.tappedin.org. Below are the instructions for getting set up at tappedin.org.

Step1:
Go to web site www.tappedin.org

Step 2:
Click Guest Login


 

Step 3:
Log In as a Guest. You can use wv+your name. ie {wvjeff}
See the example below.

 

Step 4:
After logging in you will be in the Reception area. Look for the Online Tab near the bottom left. Click the Online tab and select JeanAM JeanAM_Ofc. Next, look for the Actions drop down menu to the right. Click on it and select Join. This will take you to my office.



Step 5:
Once you are in my office, it will look like this:






Finally, you can type in the bottom window {above} and to submit your message click say {bottom right corner} or hit return. Go to Actions (drop down menu) to access some useful features for this chat site.
